a chipper leafeon who's always full of joy and whimsy. her heart will love any creature no matter what.

Millie was born in an obscure, yet lively town named Budew Village in Kalos. Millie has always shown appreciation and consideration for all creatures, which led to her all round positive reception. She's known primarily for her kindness and simple viewing of the world, while also seen as an air-headed dolt and bottomless gourmand. Though Millie means well, she always has her head in the clouds.. shes prone to having bad mannerisms, such as forgetting to say please and dissociating in conversations, making her come off as inattentive.

Even though Roumy hates her, Millie wishes to get along with Roumy. Regardless of how Roumy feels about her, Millie always shows her kindness and care as friends would.
