Mischievous and problematic, Roumy is known for her cheeky, arrogant and literal cold-hearted personality. She is a gothic lolita who uses parasols as protection from the baking sun.

She grew up in Budew Village along with Millie, Aloe, and Rico. While Roumy may seem cruel, she wasn't always this way. As an Eevee, she was a bit of a troublemaker, but she showed more kindness towards others. Roumy has quite a rocky past. Roumy's mother didn't want a daughter, which led to her frustration and neglect towards Roumy. She was always emotionally absent, and even went through frequent financial crises. Due her abusive environment, Roumy decided to flee the village at only 17 years of age. Over time, Roumy became jealous of others, especially Millie because of her postive reception and most villagers loved Millie.

Roumy now lives with her friend and companion, 'Bitey' the Gliscor. When Roumy was around 7-8 years old, she found a Gligar and played with him to keep her company. She sees him as a younger brother, but she's still holds her nasty and crude attitude towards him. Roumy has recently met a rogue Absol named Abu, who she has fallen desperately in love with! she has hidden kindness in her heart and in reality, she's just a lady who just wants to be loved.
